• 1 to 2 evaluations from attendings
• Due at the end of the block.
• Return to the clerkship coordinator in the St Thoms Midtown IM Department or email it to [email protected].

• File all EMR documents Type as "Medical Student Note" in the drop-down list.
  • The Type can be set when completing a note by clicking the "Note Details" link at the bottom.
• Please put "Medical Student Note For Educational Purposes Only" at the top of all notes.
• Send all notes to a resident for signature and feedback.
